On 22nd it has come to a conclusion that there is no original copy of meeting’s minutes of the Inter-Korean summit which had held in 2007.

It shows signs of creating ‘history draft gate’ regarding who eliminated the meeting’s minutes getting focused on ‘the absence of the original copy’ from the battle for truth regard to NLL (Northern Limit Line) whether if it will be in the ‘pandora box’ or not. A massive back blast is expected as each of ruling-opposition emphasizes on the necessity of procecution and investigation progress as well as special investigation

A peruse comitee of meeting minutes from Saenoori and Minjoo finally reported at a plenary session with The Steering Committee of the National Assembly that they could not find the meeting minutes regardless of 4 days of researching since 19th July with the experts at the National Archives of Korea.

Jinha Hwang, a congressperson from Saenoori reported at the meeting “ We couldn’t find the document even though we searched it by mobilizing all means including the number, the page, and keywords. We had to come to a conclusion that the National Archives of Korea does not hold the meeting minutes” agreed by both parties.

Gyeong-guk Park, the chief of the National Archives of Korea reconfirmed at the press interview that “There was no meeting minutes from the inter-Korean Summit among the documents the National Archives of Korea manages from the documentary of Moohyun Noh,the 16th President.”. Although Yoongun Woo, a peruse member from Minjoo left trailing note, says “ The poor management system of documentary take over has been revealed and we can not conclude that the document has not been transferred to the National Archives of Korea from Moohyun Noh’s government.”

It was seen as a sign of the political situation to be shaken up since it is now unavoidable of the investigation through the Inspection Authorities to find out the truth as it is confirmed by both parties that the document is missing. Gyeong-huan Choi, the house leader of Saenoori demanded for the truth through the procecution investigation says “A serious national disorder that the history draft went missing”. Byeong-hun Jeon, the leader of the opposing party coped with them says “ It is doudtful about the managing capability of the National Archives of Korea and mystery how the document could go missing even the participation government handed over whole ‘E-Knowledge system’.

There is a prospect that the dispute for responsibility will get more intensive as Minjoo considers Myungbak Lee disposed the document while Saenoori considers that Moohyun Noh government did not transfer the document and disposed it,

There are also conflicting stances between one from Saenoori that they can open the recording file from the Summit which the National Archives of Korea holds and the other from Minjoo that they need to peruse the advance preparation documents for the Summit and the post fulfillment document that were presented to the National Assembly from 23rd July.
